This installation use the South and West roof surfaces, with each roof surface going to one inverter.

Permitting Issues: None, The City of Napa was a pleasure to deal with, but expensive. Permit was $1800.00

Time of Use Metering? Yes. This villa is OFF THE GRID!

Time of Use Metering means that between 12 noon and 6 PM your electricity rate goes up dramatically. For solar producers this means every time you spin the meter backwards you are getting a credit at the much higher Time-of-Use (TOU) rate.
